Our Services may include 3D Virtual Tours, 360 Virtual Tours, photography services, hosting services, overlay enhancements, and related digital media services.
All Services are subject to our price estimates, quotations, invoices, and written agreements, which form part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, materials, images, virtual tours, overlays, media, designs, and related works remain the property of Chio Space unless otherwise agreed in writing. Chio Space retains full ownership and all intellectual property rights.
A non-exclusive and non-transferable licence is granted to you for commercial use of the materials provided as part of our Services, subject to full payment of all applicable fees.
Where applicable, the licence granted is valid only during the active Hosting Term.
The content may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, assigned, or provided to any third party without our prior written consent.
Chio Space reserves the right to use all images and virtual tours for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Hosting and Overlay Services
Certain Virtual Tours may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Matterport, Kuula, Google, or MPEmbed.
Where hosting is provided by Chio Space, it is subject to an active Hosting Term and payment of applicable Hosting Fees.
If Hosting Fees are not renewed before expiry, Chio Space reserves the right to disable, delete, retain, or modify the hosted Spaces at its discretion without further notice.
Our Chio Space Overlay service (including Cover Image page, Side Menu, Top Header bar, branding elements and enhancement features) is an optional add-on service. Chio Space reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or remove the Overlay service, including any third-party components, at its discretion.
The functionality of the Overlay service and any third-party components may vary depending on the viewing platform or device. We are not responsible for compatibility issues beyond our control.
